Paige Gerling graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2025 with degrees in journalism and political science. She worked with the Watchdog Writers Group her senior year. She also worked as a tutor at the Campus Writing Center. Her previous reporting experience includes covering local government for the Columbia Missourian and covering banking, finance and state industries at Missouri Business Alert.
